    • Are leaders in any context—whether leading a team, project, or influencing others in different capacities. You do not need to be in a traditional leadership role to benefit.

    • Want to develop their authentic leadership style, build confidence, and understand the impact of their identity on their leadership.

  • 4 x 4-Hour Workshops:

    • Workshop themes include self-awareness and LGBTQ+ identity, confidence and leadership presence, addressing the specific challenges facing LGBTQ+ leaders and developing allyship.

    • Sessions feature guest speakers from within the LGBTQ+ community – both internal and from outside your organisation.

    • Practical tools and coaching skills are introduced to help participants lead authentically and have better quality conversations with other delegates and their teams.

     

    3 x 1-Hour 1:1 Coaching Sessions:

    • These sessions are scheduled at the start, midway, and post-programme to provide personalised support, guidance and feedback.

    • These 1:1 sessions help participants explore their strengths, progress, and live challenges in real-time.

     

    Strengthscope Psychometric Assessment:

    • Participants complete this assessment (approved by the BPS - British Psychological Society) to identify their unique set of work-based strengths and areas for growth, helping to align personal strengths with leadership development goals.

    • Leadership Presence: Develop a strong, authentic leadership style that reflects your personal and professional values.

    • Self-Awareness: Gain deeper insights into your strengths, performance risks, and the role of your identity in your leadership.

    • Confidence and Resilience: Learn how to build confidence, assertiveness, and resilience while navigating the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ leaders.

    • Networking and Support: Expand your network of LGBTQ+ leaders and access mentorship and sponsorship opportunities.

    • Personal Growth: Explore limiting beliefs, imposterism, and self-sabotage, and develop tools and strategies to overcome them.

    • Diversity and Inclusion: Supporting LGBTQ+ talent strengthens organisational diversity and fosters an inclusive culture, driving innovation and better decision-making.
